Bosnia records a real decline in the Gross Domestic Product

The real decline in the gross domestic product of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the third quarter of 2020 amounted to 6.3% compared to the same quarter of the previous year, the Agency for Statistics of BiH stated.

The seasonally adjusted series of data shows GDP growth in the third quarter of 4% percent compared to the second quarter, reports the portal Indicator.

Observed by activities, in the reporting period, a significant real decline in gross value added on an annual basis was recorded by: hotels and restaurants 48%, transport and storage 45.8%, and wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles 10.7%.
