Frontman of the group Iron Maiden arrives in Sarajevo

fronThe legendary heavy metal singer and frontman of the group Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson, landed to the Sarajevo International Airport yesterday.

Filming of the first part of the documentary on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the concert of Dickinson and his band in war Sarajevo ended a year ago.

Film titled “Scream for me Sarajevo” is a story about the frontman of the iconic British heavy metal band “Iron Maiden”.

Purpose of yesterday’s arrival in Sarajevo is not known, but it might be assumed that Dickinson arrived precisely because of the documentary.

During the aggression on B&H, Dickinson self-initiatively, despite the warnings by the UN that they cannot guarantee him safety, arrived in Sarajevo and on December 14, 1994 in the Bosnian Cultural Center brought smile on the faces of the citizens of the B&H capital at least for short time.
