Lutke-Bugojno-4The competition program of the 21st Encounter of puppet theatres of B&H began yesterday in Bugojno.

This year’s program started at the Theatre hall of the Culture and sports centre with the play “Ice heart” by the Puppet Theatre from Mostar. The play reminded everyone present, from children to adults, that there are many people with cold hearts around us.

But, the main difference is of course that in the Puppet Republic the justice wins in the end so all the children went home smiling. Today there are three more plays ahead of them in the Puppet Republic. Those are: “Three cats” and “Buried treasure” by the National theatre Tuzla and “Little silence” by the Youth theatre Sarajevo.

Two exhibitions are opened in the following program of this event: “Three graphic artists” (Dževad Hozo, Halil Tikveša and Emir Dragulj) and “Cultural remembrance – treasure disappearing”.

Unfortunately, the opening ceremony followed by fireworks was disabled because of the rain, and will be held today at 18:30 o’clock at the Town Square.
