Building of the Municipal Court in Tuzla to cost 2.8 million EUR

12788040_1731931000376910_1182625950_nThe construction of the building of the Municipal Court in Tuzla is one of the major goals of the HJPC regarding the improvement of the efficiency of the courts, especially in our canton.

The estimated cost of construction of the building are amounting to about 2.8 million EUR, and the main financier is the European Union.

In the first phase of implementation of the Agreement and the Annex of agreement on the regulation of the basic issues of voluntary handing over in possession and free disposal of the property of the Army of FBiH in Tuzla that was concluded between the Government of Tuzla Canton and PI University of Tuzla, on the 08th of September 2015, when the University of Tuzla handed  over around 600 m2 of space, and handing over the remaining portion of the space in the possession of the Municipal Court in Tuzla took place on the 18th of February 2016. The official hand over of the building between the Service for Joint Affairs of the institutions of the FBiH and Tuzla Canton was completed than.
