The BiH Central Election Commission will in line with Article 5.29 of the BiH Election Law be publishing preliminary results of the General Elections held in BiH on October 7. The established results will follow only after results from regular polling stations, polling stations for voting in absentia, results of the OCV, mobile teams and tendered ballots are consolidated.

Only after the BiH CEC publishes established election results, the subjects listed in Article 5.30, paragraph (1) of the BiH Election Law can within three days submit a request for recount and only under conditions and in way set forth by the Article. The BIH CEC is currently publishing the preliminary results and therefore it is too early to submit requests for a recount.
