Certificate Award to Health Institutions Accredited for Quality Service

abdulah nakas hospitalThe official distribution of certificate to representatives of the top medical institutions in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held on Monday, 14th July, in Sarajevo. The institutions which will be awarded with certificates are those which have been accredited for the provision of quality health care services.

Namely, ten medical institutions, which are accredited by the Agency for Quality and Accreditation in Health Care (AKAZ) Federation, and which were involved in the process of establishing a system of safety and quality, will be accredited.

Accredited hospitals are: Health Gračanica with all services, then seven mental health centers in the area of ​​the FBiH and two maternity wards (UCC Tuzla and OB “prim.dr. Abdulah Nakaš” Sarajevo). The previously mentioned were marked as “Baby Friendly Hospitals”.

Certificates will be awarded by the Federal Minister of Health Prof. Rusmir Mesihović and director of AKAZ FBiH Dr. Ahmed Novo.
