The chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić, responded today to the Israeli ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Galit Peleg, regarding the statement about the Hamas attack on Israel, his office announced. Peleg reacted to Komšić’s interview for BHT1 in which, among other things, he talked about the statement of the chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto, who expressed her unequivocal support for Israel.

The ambassador said that Kristo did not choose the side of Israel, but of human beings.

“I believe that in this case Ms. Kristo did not choose the side of Israel, she chose the side of human beings. In this barbaric attack by Hamas savages, the victims are people, and the perpetrators of the murder were nowhere near people. On which side of history will you be remembered, Mr. Komšić ?”, said Peleg.

Komšić told the ambassador that everything she said, and it concerns his statement regarding Borjana Kristo’s attitude and everything that is happening these days in Israel and Gaza, “I can only say that something like what you said is not true ( look and listen to my statement), but only a malicious lying fool or a manipulated, also malicious fool can say such a thing!”.

“Given that I believe that you still belong to this second category, my message to you is the following – that pervert who persuaded you to this lie and stupidity, because you obviously neither looked at nor listened to my statement, and for whom money is more important than facts that he earns it with the followers of that policy and ideology that participated in the holocaust of your people is the problem of your country!”, said Komšić.
