Chairperson of BiH Presidency sends Letter of Condolence to Israel

The Chairperson of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, on the occasion of the terrorist attack in Jerusalem, sent a letter of condolence to the President of the State of Israel Isaac Herzog and the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

“I was honestly shocked by the news about the terrorist attack that happened near the synagogue in Jerusalem.

There is no justification for the merciless killings of innocent people and civilians, and it is especially horrifying that this brutal act happened on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, when the Jewish people remembered their martyred compatriots with special sadness.

Dear Excellency, I express my deepest condolences and support to you, the families of the victims and the Israeli people, and I wish the injured a speedy recovery,” wrote Cvijanović in her letter of condolence.

Seven people were killed and ten wounded in an armed attack on a synagogue in Jerusalem. Hamas claimed responsibility for the attack.
