The Company Delhaize Europe to BiH, Serbia and Montenegro is announcing a competition for “Retail Management Training Program” for the second time.
This is about a development program that lasts two years and is intended for young people who do not have previous work experience, but they have the desire to work and build their career in sales, training and working in positions as shift leader, deputy manager and manager of retail property.
The program begins in July, and chosen candidates will from the first day be considered employees and receive a salary.
After two years of gaining knowledge in the retail segment, candidates will be offered the opportunity to continue their careers in the operations sector or in other sectors where staff is needed.
