The ninth conference of BiH Ministers of Justice, the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, and the Judicial Commission of Brcko District will be held on 5th February in Sarajevo.
The Minister of Justice announced that participants of the conference will focus on the implenentation of the Action Plan of the Strategy for the Justice Reform Sector in BiH, which the Council of Ministers, entity governments and the Judicial Commission of Brcko District of BiH adopted in mid-2008.
At the same time, the ministers will discuss the annual reports of the results up until now regarding functional working groups and the Technical Secretariat for the Implementation of the Strategy for reform of the Justice Sector in BiH. Recommendations will also be made to overcome identified problems and risks in the implementation of the planned reform measures.
Conferences of Ministers of Justice were established in order to enable a common and unified way to solve key issues in the Justice Sector in BiH, as well as a coordinated monitoring of planned reforms in this sector.
