Controversy Snickers in BiH after all!

12784619_1732130340356976_814239491_nFood Safety Agency of BiH stated that they received notification in the afternoon hours via the contact point of the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (DG SANTE EU RASFF) that a controversial products of company Mars Incorporated, which were retreated from the market of several EU countries, as well as other countries in the world, were delivered these days on the market of BiH.

It is the product ‘Snickers Multipack’ LOT: /07-08-16/601A2NLD03, producer ‘Mars Nederland BV’, Veghel, Netherlands.

“All the information available to the Agency was urgently submitted to competent inspection authorities of the entities and Brcko District of BiH, as well as the competent inspection authority according to the location of the importer products of Mars Incorporated for BiH,” as said in the statement.

Food Safety Agency of BiH recommended to consumers who have mentioned product not to consume it, and to inform the nearest inspection authority.

“We urge the consumers to do the same if they notice listed controversial products on the shelves in stores,” emphasized from the Agency, and noted that this applies only to mentioned product and label of series LOT.
