The Mayor of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Siniša Milić, declared November 6th a Day of Mourning in the Brčko District of BiH due to the tragic loss of life caused by the fire at the Pensioners’ Home in Tuzla.
The Day of Mourning will be marked by the mandatory display of the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina at half-mast, or at the mast, on all government buildings and institutions of the Brčko District of BiH.
Also, all media outlets in the Brčko District of BiH are required to adapt and harmonize their programming to the Day of Mourning.
