Decrease in Number of Live Births in BiH recorded

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, during the first six months of 2018, 13.045 live births were recorded, that in comparison to the same period of 2017, indicates 2,46% decrease in the number of live births; 18.639 persons died, that in comparison to the same period 2017 indicates 0,85% decrease in the number of deaths.

There were 8.078 marriages in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the first six months of 2018, that presents an increase of 5,53%, compared to the same period of 2017. During the first six months of 2018 the number of divorces was 1.082, that in comparison to the same period of 2017 indicates an increase of 14,98% in the number of divorces.
