Dodik: If they convict me, we will reject such a Practice and such a BiH

Milorad Dodik is once again resorting to ultimatums in an attempt to apply pressure. This time on judicial institutions, which he otherwise does not recognize, but before which he is currently on trial.

“If the unconstitutional court convicts me, we will reject such a practice and such a Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH),” Dodik wrote on the social network X.

He added that, in the event of such a verdict, clear political decisions would be made in the Republika Srpska (RS). He did not specify the nature of these decisions, though it is well-known that he has not shied away from making unconstitutional moves before.

“If you wish, return to the BiH outlined by Dayton, so it can function,” Dodik emphasized.
