Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani proved that he is great friend of our country with his, according to many estimations, historical visit to B&H. This assessment can be given not only because of his statement that B&H has friends in Qatar, but also because of the very honest and, more importantly, concrete intentions to invest in B&H economy, which directly supports the development of our country.
Therefore there is no doubt that his announcement about the formation of the fund for friendship to B&H, from which will be provided direct incentive to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, will be realized soon. Just as it was the case with the fast implementation of the announcement on his visit to B&H.
Al-Thani was born on the 3rd of June 1980 in Doha, and he is at the head of Qatar since 2013, which is one of the richest countries in the world.
