The Future of Relations between Russia and BiH: What Putin is planning to do?

putinAmbassador of BiH in the Russian Federation Mustafa Mujezinovic yesterday presented his credentials to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

After the handover ceremony, Ambassador Mujezinovic thanked President Putin for the support that Russia provides to BiH, and expressed hope that economic cooperation between the two countries will be improved in the upcoming period.

As announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH, President Putin confirmed that the administration of the Russian Federation is working on creation prerequisites in this regard.

He emphasized that it will be the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and BiH in December, and that his Government strongly supports the agreement of the constituent peoples in BiH.

During the ceremony held in the Kremlin, in his opening address, President Putin talked about the foreign policy of the Russian Federation and the efforts of his administration to, first of all, improve economic relations with the countries of the world and renew cooperation with the United States immediately after the presidential elections, which have been a burden for the global international relations in many ways.

He emphasized the need for a diplomatic settlement of the conflict, especially the one in Syria, as announced from the MFA of BiH.
