house of peoplesAt today’s session of the Collegium of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, it was decided to hold extraordinary sessions of the House of Peoples and House of Representatives on Thursday, February 5, Deputy Chair of the House of Representatives Saša Mitrović told to FENA.

House of Peoples should confirm at the extraordinary session candidate list for President and Vice Presidents of the Federation of BiH.

”List will be signed and delivered to the Central Election Commission (CEC) BiH tomorrow,” said Mitrović.

Candidate for the Croat President of the Federation of BiH is Marinko Čavara from HDZ BiH, candidate for Bosniak Vice President of FBiH is Melika Mahmutbegović from SDA and candidate for Serb Vice President of FBiH is Milan Dunović from Democratic Front.

It is also expected for the House of Representatives to confirm on Thursday decisions on temporary financing of extra-budgetary users (Federation PIO Institute, Employment Institute and Health Insurance Institute) for first three months this year, which was already confirmed by the House of Peoples.

Law on Combating Organized Crime and Corruption, whose implementation needs to be prolonged with amendments to the law, will be the first item on the agenda of the next regular session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, said Mitrović.
