Improve Relations Between India and BiH

Lagumdzija-indijaThe Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and the BiH Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija received yesterday in Sarajevo the Ambassador of India to BiH with a seat in Budapest Gauri Shankar Gupta, who thanked him for the hospitality during the preparations and organization of the visit to India that took place from 24-27 March 2013.

They expressed satisfaction with the quality of the political relations between BiH and India, as well as the fact that the recent visit strengthened and improved relations between the two countries.

They expressed hope that the visit would result in concrete forms of cooperation, the signing of a bilateral agreement, as well as the establishment of economic cooperation, especially in the area of IT and energy sector. BiH and India would intensify cooperation in these areas in the next period.

Minister Lagumdžija and Ambassador Gupta spoke of the internal political situation in BiH and of the foreign policy priorities of our country.
