Bentbaša skokoviThe second diving competition on Bentbaša, Sarajevo will be held on Saturday, August 27, starting at 4 pm.

The best divers from the region will once again show their skills in diving from 16-meter-high diving board. Twenty-five divers from Slovenia, Montenegro, Serbia and BiH will participate in the competition.

“At last year’s competition, the City of Sarajevo presented itself as a new destination for this kind of extreme sports and evoked positive reactions of citizens and media across the country. Based on those reactions, the intention of organizers is to turn this competition into a tradition in the capital of BiH, so that we can watch attractive stunts on Bentbaša in years to come and thus enrich the summer tourist offer in Sarajevo,” the organizers stated.

Even greater interest of audience is expected this year.

“Since the competition will be held for the second time, we believe that this year it will attract even greater attention of the citizens of Sarajevo, the guests who are staying in the city, those from other cities, and the media,” said the initiator of the competition Dino Bajrić.
