Konakovic-Aggeler: Working together to preserve Peace and Security in BiH

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, met today with the Head of the Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brian Aggeler. They discussed the current political situation in our country, cooperation between BiH and the OSCE, reform processes, regional relations and security challenges.

Konaković stressed BiH’s commitment to continuing good cooperation with the OSCE and assessed that the principles, obligations and values ​​of the OSCE today have special importance for common security.

The interlocutors agreed that it is necessary to work together to preserve peace and security in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The meeting also discussed cooperation in the field of cyber security and electoral legislation reform. It was concluded that it is necessary to work on strengthening electoral integrity and technical capacities necessary for the implementation of elections in a transparent and efficient manner, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH announced.
