house of peoplesThe Bosniak caucus at the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament suggested a Proposal to the law on amendments to the Law on financing assistance for removing consequences of the natural disaster and rehabilitating areas affected by the natural disaster which was adopted in urgent procedure in Sarajevo.

The amendment to this law stipulates enabling employees who are not employed in government bodies and public enterprises to reject giving up one percent of their salaries for flood affected areas.

The earlier legislation provided that only employees in government bodies in FBiH and companies whose founder is the FBiH Government had the right to reject this.

Also, the House of Peoples adopted also the conclusion that the FBiH Government has ten days to deliver Information on removing consequences of floods to this House.

This conclusion was adopted after information on consequences of natural disasters and proposals to measures for their removing.
