The adoption of the Law in real estate brokerage and education for citizens in field of real estate market basic objectives

Today 27.12.2012., in the premises of Economic Chamber of Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina (Chamber), an agreement of collective membership of UPN with Chamber was signed. Management board of Chamber has issued a decision of accepting this collective membership on 23th October 2012, in accordance with the provisions of the Economic Chamber of Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Signing of the contract was attended by Mr. Avdo Rapa and Mrs. Mira Idrizović on behalf of Chamber, and Mr. Rijad Joldaš and Turgaj Mutevelic on behalf UPN.

President of Chamber Mr. Avdo Rapa explained that the joint execution of activities in the field of education, and counselling in the field of real estate brokerage, appraisal, consulting and management are in order to raise standards in the practice and preservation of the individual and the public property, as well as keeping records on legal and individual persons engaged in real estate brokerage.

According to words of UPN General Secretary, Mr. Joldaš Riyad, one of the main goals of Chamber and UPN is to represent the interests of members of UPN in front of executive authorities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and after that particularly in the area of legislation that regulates brokerage in real estate, which aims at improving the conditions in the real estate market, as well as other normative activities in regulation of real estate brokerage. I think that this is a small step that opened the big door of future serious UPN engagement.

UPN will propose yearly program of joint activities to the Chamber and together will provide the necessary administrative infrastructure, experts for defined activities, at the first law in real estate brokerage and later education for citizens in field of real estate market and professional education in the field of real estate.

It was agreed that in performing these activities UPN will come on under the name “Economic Chamber of Federation – BH Real Estate Association”
