Mayor of East Sarajevo: The Border will become invisible again in 15 Minutes

The mayor of East Sarajevo, Ljubiša Ćosić, told N1 that he came to the protest in support of Milorad Dodik first of all as a citizen, and then as the first man of this city. He stated that he “hoped until yesterday that the KS MoI would allow the protest to take place in front of the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH”.

And since it is not allowed, Ćosić added that citizens “spontaneously” gathered in East Sarajevo to say that in 2023, democratically elected institutions, which work in accordance with the Constitution and laws, cannot be demolished.

“We said unanimously that it will not pass. In the same way, he would go to Sarajevo to support any democratically elected official in the Federation who is overthrown by foreigners. If we allow foreigners to destroy our institutions and people who were democratically elected, we will return to the year 1623. That’s exactly why we’re here,” Ćosić pointed out.

He also referred to the posters, which were plastered all over the Republika Srpska entity, that “the border exists”, concluding that there is a “clear border” between the RS and the FBiH.

“I regret that we never completed that process. Are there no borders in the EU? Similarly, in Bosnia and Herzegovina there is a clear border between the two parts”, said the mayor of East Sarajevo, and continued:

“Here is the limit for stopping the political living and insolence of foreign diplomats. Here is the limit of hatred towards Serbs and Republika Srpska, which is unjustified. So there are many boundaries. This administrative here will become invisible again in 15 minutes”, N1 reports.
