Meteorologists warn on Strong Wind in Parts of Bosnia

Meteoalarm issued an orange warning for today due to strong winds for Banja Luka, Foca and Trebinje. Wind gusts of 60 kilometers per hour are forecast for Banja Luka, and 60 to 80 kilometers per hour for Foca and Livno, it was published on the website of the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute. 

Due to heavy rainfall, the yellow meteorological alarm is in force for the areas of Banja Luka, Livno and Mostar. 

The forecasted precipitation due to which the yellow warning was issued is between 20 and 40 liters of rain per square meter. 

Due to strong wind gusts of 40 to 65 kilometers per hour, the yellow meteorological alarm is in force for the areas of Visegrad, Trebinje, Bihac, Tuzla, Mostar and Sarajevo.
