Misdemeanor Warrants handed to Seven Persons after Fight in BiH Capital

Yesterday in the afternoon in the center of Sarajevo, there was a mass fight that resulted in the serving of misdemeanor warrants for seven persons.

At around 6:40 p.m., Police Administration Centar was informed that a large group of people carrying objects suitable for causing bodily harm was moving through the central streets in the area of the municipality of Centar Sarajevo.

Immediately after the report was received, police officers from Police Station Centar, PS Stari Grad and Intervention Police Units were sent to the field, and A.H. was found in Šenoina Street. and F.M. who violated public order and peace by possessing pyrotechnic devices in a public place, as well as by refusing a lawful order from an authorized official, and a request for initiation of misdemeanor proceedings will be filed against them.

F.R., H.Č. were found in Maršala Tita Street. and A.H. and they were also served with misdemeanor warrants for disturbing public order and peace by refusing the lawful order of an official.

Also, in Kulovića Street, they found D.H. and I. and they will also be served with misdemeanor warrants for committing a misdemeanor from the article of the Law on Misdemeanors against Public Order and Peace of the Canton of Sarajevo, according to the official statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Canton of Sarajevo.
