bihacMunicipality Bihać announced a public call for the sale of construction sites in state-owned land for the construction of office buildings under the regulatory plan Kamenica-area D.

Investors are offered four plots from 1.771 to 3.568 square meters, and in every area it is expected that identical commercial property would be built with a net usable area of 1.220 square meters with a gound floor, one floor and attic.

For each plot, there is an initial fee ranging from 117.240 KM (lowest) to 138.120 KM (highest).

Priority in the allocation of land would be given to bidders that offer a higher amount of compensation for the land in relation to the starting price, and those who are ready for a one-time payment.

Applications should be submitted within 15 days from the public call.

The business zone Kamenica is located in the northwestern part of the urban area of Bihać on the road M.5 Bihać-border crossing Izačić, which forms a link with Croatia, a country that will soon enter the EU.

The total area of the business zone is 392.000 square meters and divided in 71 plots intended for small and medium sized businesses.
