Municipality Breza announced a competition yesterday for an award of the building of an urban construction site for a manufacturing facility through a written offer.
According to the offer, the construction of the manufacturing site is in accordance with a regional plan for the industrial zone Potkraj on a plot of land that is 8.893 square meters.
According to the urban-technical conditions it is permissible to build small, medium or big businesses whose purpose is food, clothing, warehouse, wood processing, construction, and services. The conditionally permitted use is utilities, housing and sports complex inside the complex, and what is prohibited is anything that threatens the environment and weekend houses.
The deadline for the submission of written bids is 15 days from the day of the announcement of the competition, and the opening of the bids will take place on 18 April 2013 at 16:00 in the city hall of Breza.
