The Municipality of Herceg-Bosnia: Free Textbooks for Socially Endangered Pupils of Elementary Schools

livno1Livno – The Ministry of science, education, culture and sports of the municipality of Herceg-Bosnia has ensured this year in cooperation with higher authorities 20 300 BAM to be spent on free textbooks for the pupils of elementary schools.

When the schools delivered an official number of endangered pupils, the acquisition started in the Ministry. It is expected that the textbooks will be delivered to the schools until August 25th, right before the new school year 2014/2015 starts.

There will be 334 sets of textbooks for pupils from second to fourth grade.- was announced at the Government of the municipality of Herceg-Bosnia.

“This project is implemented the second year now and will continue next year too, but with larger budget for this purpose.” – said Petar Galić, minister of science, education, culture and sports of the municipality of Herceg-Bosnia.
