Natural Disaster State Declared in the Area of Municipality Tuzla

poplava-cestaThe Mayor of Municipality Tuzla Jasmin Imamović after having considered the report from the field and based on the proposal of the Municipal Board for Civil Protection has declared the natural disaster state due to floods, landslides and subsidence of land in the area of Municipality Tuzla.

All protection and rescue services will be engaged with the goal of undertaking preventive measures and rehabilitation measures for damages that have already occurred.

An extraordinary and extended session of Tuzla Municipal Board for Civil Protection is held to discuss the situation caused due to the heavy rainfalls and in regard to the fulfillment of conditions for declaring the state of natural disaster.

According to the reports from the field, the most difficult situation was reported in the local communities of Batva, Breške, Gornja Tuzla, Moluhe, Mosnik and Par Selo where floods and landslides have occurred due to the heavy rainfalls.
