Normalization in the Issuance of Passports as of Today

passportCitizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will not be left without passports, the Director of IDEA Agency for Identification Documentation, Records and Data Exchange (IDDEEA) Arif Nanic said today, stressing that solution to the problem of passports is to begin today.

Moreover, Nanic confirmed that the missing material was received today.

“The normalization of the passport issuance is currently going on, and in the next five days we expect to completely resolve the backlog of requests that have not been completed within the legal deadline,” said Nanic.

Moreover, he announced that there will no problems in the future requests.

Nanic recalled that the contract with the passport supplier was signed in March 2017, and there are no problems with the cooperation.
