SCCSarajevo City Center, located on Marijin-Dvor, is expected to open the doors to its shopping center at the end of November of this year.

The opening of this shopping center is planned for the end of November this year, and we hope that we will not have any difficulties that could be caused by bad weather and other circumstances that are out of our control. After the opening of the shopping center, the second phase of construction will continue, which includes a business center and a five-star hotel. This should finish by the summer of next year, provided that everything goes according to plan, said Director of Al Shiddi International Adnan Kapo.

The Shopping Center will have a ground floor, four floors above ground and floor -1. Around 90 percent of the total space has already been rented, and there is only a small part that is still available for rent. The well-known international group Inditex is coming with its five well-known stores (Zara, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear and Bershka). There will also be an amusement park called Play Land at around 4.000 square meters of space. There will be also other brands that are already present in Sarajevo, but due to the attractiveness of this space they wish to open stores in the Sarajevo Shopping Center.

Also, Sarajevo Shopping Center will have nearly 1.000 parking spaces on four underground floors with a unique design.
