policemen Vucic From the Police Union in Serbia announced that before the New Year’s Eve at 2 pm Belgrade police detained union members Milan Dumanovic and Mladen Trbovic, for allegedly disclosing of an official secret.

Dumanovic and Trbovic said that as police officers, on the oral orders of the elders, without legitimacy and weapons, were sent on undercover mission in Potocari on the 11th of July 2015, when the attack on Serbian Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic, took place.

“Without orders for apprehension, trial or any other written document, police raided the apartment of Trbovic and took him to a hearing, on the basis of orders that, as they said, were received verbally. Milan Dumanovic was previously detained as well, and he was enabled to invite a lawyer to attend his hearing,” as said in a statement of the Union.

“It is unclear because of what kind of official secrets they are now detained, since Mladen Trbovic terminated his employment in disciplinary proceedings that took place a couple of months ago, while Dumanovic still works in PU Pancevo. Previously, they worked in the Department for Observation and Documenting,” as said in the statement of the Union.
