Policy on the Restrictions of Public Expenditure on Salaries soon?

council of ministersThe Council of Ministers of BiH adopted a policy of the Council of Ministers of BiH on the restriction of public expenditure on the salaries and benefits of employees in the institutions of BiH, with which was realized part of the obligations from the Reform Agenda 2015 – 2018, as well as part of the obligations under the Letter of Intent that the authorities of BiH sent to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) within the competence of the Council of Ministers of BiH.

According to the Policy, there is no increase on the base salary in the institutions of BiH, including an increase on the base of salary, coefficients and compensation of employees, and over the medium term will be made plans to reduce administration in the institutions of BiH, in order to make public administration more efficient and simpler with significantly less costs.
