On Saturday, Polish artist Miroslav Balka visited ARK and he was the last artist to acquaint with the space of the Biennale, and in the same time, six works by six artists whose works are going to be exhibited at the Second Biennale were exhibited, and the artists are Edo Murtić, Edin Numankadić, Ibro Hasanović, Dalibor Martinis, Danica Dakić and Adel Abidin.

Selector Brank Franceschi and manager of the Biennale Edo Hozić attended the setting of the exhibition.

The Second Biennale will be opened on 26 April in ARK (Tito’s Nuclear Shelter) and 35 artists from 19 countries will participate.

Partner countries are Croatia and Turkey, and this is the most important regional cultural project which is being held under the sponsorship of BIH Presidency, with the support of UNESCO and Council of Europe.

ARK – Alternative War Command or Tito’s Shelter was built in 1979, 280 metres below ground, with 6584 m2 of area and its purpose was to be a nuclear shelter.
