Privatization of 11 Companies from FB&H This Year

BosnaLijekThe plan for privatization of 11 companies from the FB&H this year provides for the sale of capital assets or capital of 11 companies, said the Director of the Agency for Privatization FB&H Šuhret Fazlić.

According to him, the privatization plan covers the workover institute of Travnik, Sarajevo’s Hidrogradnja, Šipad export-import, Mostar Tobacco Factory, Energopetrol, Unis-Association of metal industry, KTK Visoko, Zenica Steelworks, Agrokomcerc from Velika Kladuša, Confection Borac from Travnik and Unisov Pretis from Vogošća.

‘’It is estimated that the total capacity of these companies is wroth 517 million BAM’’, said Fazlić for Oslobođenje.

He added that the FB&H Privatization Agency plans to sell several companies in 2014, in which the FB&H has a minority stake.

‘’This is regarding Energopetrol, Tobacco Factory Sarajevo, Bosnalijek and Sarajevo Insurance’’, said Fazlić.
