The acting prosecutors of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo that the suspects Ahmed Džinović, who was questioned in the Bihać Penitentiary, Haris Berhamović, who is on the run and for whom an operational search has been launched, and Semir Sultanović be placed in custody for one month.

Džinović, Berhamović and Sultanović were placed in custody due to the risk that they could influence witnesses, conceal evidence, or repeat the criminal offense if released, and Džinović and Berhamović were also placed in custody due to the risk of flight.

The suspects Ismet Porobić, Aldin Čančar, Jasmin Hadžić, Alem Hadžić and Lajla Sultanović were placed in custody, which includes a ban on leaving their place of residence, a ban on communicating and meeting with each other, and mandatory reporting to the competent police station once a week, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office announced.
