At the last session of the RS government they determined the Draft Law on Amendments to the Laws on Court Fees, which exempt business entities from paying court taxes when launching a company.
The advisor to the RS Minister of Justice Nikola Kovačević said that this law is one in a set of amendments that the RS will adopt, and whose goal is to improve the business environment.
‘’In this way we wish to establish a statutory basis for establishing new enterprises with a simpler and cheaper procedure. This would create the stimulation for the establishment of more business companies’’, said Kovačević.
