Representatives of the Association of Travel Agencies of Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, BiH and Albania signed yesterday in Belgrade an Agreement on Cooperation, which should contribute to creating quality tourist offers.
The President of the Montenegrin Tourist Association Žarko Radulović said that the signing of the Agreement set a strong foundation for a successful regional cooperation and creating quality tourist offers and development of thematic travels.
He added that one of the major goals would be the formation of joint tourist offers that would be based on the development of tourism and cross-border cooperation of signatory countries, announced the Hotel Group “Montenegro Stars”.
“Through the National Association of Tourist Agencies, Croatia will be the holder of these programs, which will be financed by EU funds, as well as international organizations and state parties’’, said Radulović.
“Montenegro Stars’’, which is co-owned by Radulović, announced that the main idea on cooperation of the National Association of Tourist Agencies is based on joint activities through projects and development activities with the goal to develop tourism and agency activities in the region and in the markets of state parties.
The idea is for business relationships and joint training to develop a better quality cooperation between companies from the region.
Among the most important plans is to have a grounded model of approach and development of joint tourist programs with the aim of positioning and promoting at third markets of Europe and in the world.
