Two days ago, the Government of Republika Srpska (RS) transferred the ownership of 300.000 square meters of land at the Putnikovo Brdo location, which is state property of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
It is an immovable military property of the former Yugoslav People’s Army (JNA) on the territory of BiH, that is, the state property of our country, the facilities of the former shooting range “Putnikovo Brdo” in Doboj, the minimum estimated value of which was 220.000 BAM.
The attorney general of RS, Milimir Govedarica, said two days ago that the goal of the “ownership transfer” is the formation of a new industrial zone and that the city has assumed obligations in accordance with the spatial planning documentation.
The mayor of Doboj, Boris Jerinic, said two days ago that it is planned to move the Correctional Institution to this location.
In the industrial zone in Velika Bukovica, the subdivision has been completed, and 12 investors have reportedly applied to the public call, which is open until March 20th.
Doboj offers land at an initial price of 15 BAM in case it is built on a 30 percent plot, and if a building of 3.000 square meters is built, the city will subsidize and return the amount of the auctioned land.
It should be recalled that the BiH Attorney’s Office submitted an appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH on January 13th, 2020 in a similar case against the judgments of the Supreme Court of the RS and the decision of the Administration for Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs in Bileca.
In that case, it was stated that the barracks, the local training ground, and the shooting range “Bilecki Borci” are prospective military assets of BiH, Klix.ba reports.
