Fikret Hodzic, the owner of Srebrena Malina, was again in the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina today to testify. Last time he testified as a natural person, and this time it was on behalf of the company itself.

“We were in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH today to testify, but as a legal entity Srebrena Malina, not as a natural person Fikret Hodzic. There is nothing significantly new. The statement is based on the same circumstances as when Fikret Hodzic was in SIPA,” said Adna Dobojlić, legal representative of Silver Raspberry for Radiosarajevo.ba.

She pointed out that they defended themselves with silence.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is investigating the affair of purchasing 100 respirators from China, at a price of 10.5 million BAM, through the Srebrena Malina agricultural farm.

Apart from Hodžić, the suspects in this affair are the Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, the suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration Fahrudin Solak, and the director of the BiH Medicines Agency Aleksandar Zolak.

According to some information, Asim Sarajlić was also in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. However, his lawyer Nermin Mulalić said that he did not comment on any proposal. Sarajlic was previously heard in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, and appeared at the hearing in the Court of BiH as a witness.
