For the purpose of solving the problem of restoring the devastated location Smiljevići, an Agreement on the Implementation of Joint Procurement of Works for the Restoration of the Devastated Location of the Regional Waste Management Centre Smiljevici was signed in the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The Agreement, which was signed by Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH Gordana Tadić and, on behalf of the Cantonal Government, Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection Damir Filipović, foresees the restoration of the city dump in Smiljevići following the process of exhumation for the purpose of ensuring that the city dump operates in accordance with applicable standards and regulations in the field of environmental protection and waste management.
