Revenues from Indirect Taxes higher by 201 Million BAM

Revenues from indirect taxes in the first four months of 2019 amounted to 2 billion and 490 million BAM, up by 201 million BAM or 8.8% compared to the same period of 2018 when they amounted to 2 billion and 289 million BAM.

After the Indirect Taxation Authority carried out VAT refunds to taxpayers in BiH amounting to 471 million BAM, the net revenues collected for distribution to users in the first four months of 2019, namely the state, entities and Brcko District, amounted to 2 billion and 19 million BAM.

“Thus, the allocated revenues in 2019 are higher by 155 million BAM compared to the revenues received from the Single Account beneficiaries in the same period of 2018. For the financing of state institutions, in the first four months of 2019 the amount of 245 million BAM,”, the ITA said.
