“Red Bull Showrun Sarajevo is our gift to the citizens of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and all motorsport enthusiasts. We invite everyone to join us; entry is free, and we promise a spectacle that all attendees will remember for the rest of their lives,” emphasized Oscar Cooper, a representative of the Red Bull Racing team, during yesterday’s press conference announcing the Red Bull Showrun Sarajevo event.

On Sunday, June 9th, the Red Bull Showrun will transform the streets of Sarajevo into a unique stage for a motorsport spectacle, with legendary United Kingdom (UK) driver David Coulthard at the wheel of a Red Bull Racing Formula 1 car.

The accompanying program will include musical performances, as well as displays by the renowned German duo Red Bull Driftbrothers and motorcycle stunt master Aras Gibieza.

Expressing his pride that Sarajevo is part of this global event and that the F1 car will be driven on local roads, Canton Sarajevo (CS) Minister of Transport Adnan Steta highlighted his satisfaction with the ministry’s support for the upcoming weekend’s events in Sarajevo.

“For the first time in the history of BiH, such an event is being realized, and I am happy that we will all together send a phenomenal picture of Sarajevo to the whole world. Congratulations to the team on the organization and the well-thought-out concept, and I am pleased that our new tram will be part of the Red Bull Showrun. I invite everyone to come to Sarajevo and be part of this top-notch event,” said Steta.

The Ministry of Culture and Sports of CS is also a partner in organizing the Red Bull Showrun. Thanking the organizers for preparing an all-day program full of excitement that will satisfy everyone’s taste, CS Minister of Culture and Sports Kenan Magoda noted that in addition to enjoying the adrenaline rides of the Formula 1 car, citizens will have the opportunity to relax with fantastic musical performances and unforgettable parties.

“Be part of this unforgettable adventure and create memories that will remain etched in the minds of all Sarajevans, visitors, and tourists. I invite you to join this unique spectacle, which will enrich the urban landscape of Sarajevo on June 9th and be the epicenter of sports and entertainment magic,” said Magoda.
