High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt will not address the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in the “Kovačević” case, the OHR confirmed to BHRT.

“The Amicus Curiae of the High Representative is now at the European Court of Human Rights. The personal participation of the High Representative was never planned,” the OHR told BHRT.

They stressed that the case is in the hands of the Grand Chamber of the ECHR and it will make a decision.

As a reminder, some media outlets previously claimed that the High Representative’s address in this case was planned.
