human-trafficking2Within the framework of the project “Assistance to the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the implementation of the Strategy for combating human trafficking 2013-2015”, which is supported by USAID, Criminal Policy Research Centre (CPRC) was, in public procurement procedure, selected to conduct scientific research on the extent and nature of the problem of human trafficking in BiH, including child trafficking, domestic trade and trade of group members who are particularly vulnerable to mentioned phenomena.

The aim of this study is to investigate and analyse indicators about the phenomenological characteristics of human trafficking in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to obtain reliable and systematic information based on facts, in order to advance the policy of combating human trafficking in our country. Specific activities on the implementation of this scientific research started in January 2015, and the first results should be published during the month of May of the current year.
