The shooting of the short film called ”Shift” by Šejla Kamerić, which was produced within the project of the ”Sarajevo- the City of Film Special” was finished on Tuesday. This new film by our prominent B&H director and artist, as well as her other films, is based on a very strong visual aesthetic. This film is interesting because it was filmed with no dialogue.
” Through the news paper story of a young man and a young girl we learn about the city from within, and then we perceive it from the outside. In fiction, reality becomes a dream. The film ”Shift” questions the boundary between a documentary and a feature film with one question: Why do people do certain things and stand by them?”- said the author Šejla Kamerić. The roles in this film are played by Maja-Mirela Jurić and Luka Marjanović.
