SIPA Police comments on the Arrest of BiH Minister

In the operational action “Incitat 2” today, one person was deprived of his liberty, who, after criminal processing and questioning, will be handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Sarajevo Canton for further jurisdiction as a suspect, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) announced.

A large amount of business documentation was discovered and temporarily seized, as well as other items that can serve as evidence that the criminal offenses of “Abuse of Position or Authority” and “Money Laundering” were committed, as prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the statement said.Bosnian travel packages

SIPA members arrested on Friday the Minister of Municipal Economy, Infrastructure, Physical Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection in the Government of the Sarajevo Canton, Bojan Bošnjak, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority in connection with illegal urban development projects on Bjelašnica.
