Due to the strong wind in the entire area of ​​Bosnia, except for Krajina, a yellow weather alert is in effect, and in Herzegovina, a warning is in effect due to local thunder showers and high daytime temperatures.

Thus, occasional gusts of southerly wind at a speed between 45 and 55 kilometers per hour, as well as local showers accompanied by thunder, are expected in the Livan region.

At the same time, wind gusts of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour are forecast in the Trebinje, Banja Luka, Foča and Visegrad regions, and up to 60 kilometers in the mountains, and at the same time maximum temperatures above 32 degrees Celsius are forecast in the Visegrad region, while in the Banja Luka region local thunderstorms are also expected in the region.

Wind gusts of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour, local thunderstorms, and maximum temperatures above 32 degrees Celsius are forecast in the Prijedor region.

“Expect minor disruption to outdoor activities. Be aware of windblown debris. Local disruption to outdoor activities is possible due to windblown debris.
Be aware that thunderstorms may occur. Be especially careful in exposed areas, such as mountains, forests and open fields. Disturbances in outdoor activities are possible. Be aware that high air temperatures are expected. Health risks are possible among vulnerable people, for example the elderly and very young people,” the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of BiH states.

A yellow weather alert is in effect in the Sarajevo and Tuzla regions, given that occasional gusts of southerly winds at a speed between 40 and 50 kilometers per hour and local showers with thunder are expected.

At the same time, local showers with thunder are expected in the Mostar region.

Changeable cloudy weather prevails in Bosnia and Herzegovina with passing light rain or local showers accompanied by thunder. Wind of moderate strength, occasionally with strong gusts, from the south and south-west direction.

In the afternoon, the wind will weaken. The lowest morning air temperature is mostly between 16 and 21 degrees Celsius. The highest daily air temperature is usually between 26 and 32 degrees Celsius.

Mostly moderate cloud cover in Sarajevo. A little rain may fall briefly before noon. The lowest morning air temperature is around 18 degrees Celsius. The highest daily air temperature is around 29 degrees Celsius.
