Support to the Museum “Alija Izetbegović”

muzej_alija_izetbegovic_sarajevoProtocol on the implementation of financial resources in the amount of 5.000 BAM, that the Municipality Center has allocated from this year’s budget to support the work of the public institution, Museum “Alija Izetbegović” is signed today.

The Mayor Dževad Bećirević signed the protocol on behalf of Municipality Center and Director of the Museum Adnan Žiško, signed it on the behalf of Museum, announced Municipality Center.

These funds will be used to co-finance expenses of organizing art colony titled “”Moj bijeg u slobodu” that in the honor of Alija Izetbegović, the administration of the museum in cooperation with the association of Artists of B&H will organize in Počitelj from 20 -27 September of this year.

Also, part of funds that Municipality Center has allocated from this year’s budget will be used for realization of a documentary film titled ”Majstori slobode”.

Municipality Center even during last year provided financial support to the Museum  ”Alija Izetbegović”.

7.000 BAM are allocated from the budget of 2013 for recording of the final phase of a documentary film on the occasion of the 30 anniversary of “Sarajevo process”, which will be shown for the first time on 19 October of this year on the 11th anniverssary of Izetbegović’s death.
