The reception of Italian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Nicola Minasi and his wife Annarita Lippiello, on behalf of the Dante Alighieri Association was held yesterday in Sarajevo, on the occasion of the ‘’Italian Cuisine Week’’, where numerous visitors got the opportunity to enjoy traditional Italian dishes prepared by Italian chefs Nicola Galiano and Domenico Trentinell, and participate in various culinary workshops.
This interesting program was also amusing to the youngest participants who had fun in the workshops for children, as well as the Italian language school in Lumpionica, which was run by the Dante Alighieri Association.
Besides Sarajevo, fun events on the occasion of the ‘’Italian Cuisine Week’’ were also held yesterday at Mercator Centers Borik Banja Luka, Mostar, and Tuzla.
‘’Italian Cuisine Week in Bosnia and Herzegovina’’ was organized by the Embassy of Italy in BiH in cooperation with partners. During this event, four Italian professional chefs had the opportunity to travel around BiH and enrich their menus with dishes from their region.
Throughout the past week, Mercator has been promoting Italian products offered in its supermarkets at the special tasting booths, the company said.
